Return & Refund Policy

Oh dear! We regret in any reasons that has caused you to check this section out. But worry not as we will assist you in every possible way.

 

RETURN

Return is allowed with the conditions below:

  1. Item must be returned in below conditions:
    1. Unworn
    2. Unwashed
    3. Tag still intact
    4. In original packaging

Should the returned item be not in the mentioned condition, we have the right to not proceed the request.

  1. Return request must be made within 7 working days upon receiving. We reserved the right to not process the overdue request (more than 7 working days upon receiving)
  2. Only wrong or defect item received will be proceed. If you have ordered the correct item and wish to change due to personal reasons such as below, we are regret to inform you that the request will not be entertained:
    1. Correctly ordered size and wish to change to different size
    2. Correctly ordered color and wish to change to different color
    3. Damage of item due to own negligence

 

EXCHANGE

Exchange is only allowed with below conditions:

  1. Wrong or defect item ordered is received
  2. Item bought is not listed as CLEARANCE ITEM
  3. Item returned must have the same value with the exchange item. Should the exchanged item have higher value, customer is request to pay for the extra value.

 

COURIER FEE

We will bear the courier fee (both ways) only if the mistake is on us, as stated in the above section

 

CANCEL ORDER

Once payment has been made for the particular order, no refund of the order will be consider; readystock and preorder item.

 

REFUND

All refunds and reimbursement will be made in the form of Store Credit into your The Tuniq account.
